Albon’s future would then again be in the hands of Tsunoda. The 20-year-old driver must be at least fourth in the entry class to claim a Super License, a requirement for a Formula 1 driver. Should Tsunoda fail to do so, Kvyat is reported to be replaced by Albon. This would be the only way for the Thai Briton to stay in Formula 1 next year.
