The latest round of tests to detect the new Corona virus among the Premier League clubs on Monday showed four new cases of infection.
The four cases appeared during the tests that took place on 1446 players and club affiliates from October 26 until Sunday, November 1.
The English Premier League did not reveal the identity of the injured or the clubs that included them, but all the injured are now subject to medical isolation for ten days.
Results of the previous eight tests:
First round: August 31 – September 6 – 1,605 people tested, with three positive cases.
Round Two: September 7-13 – 2,131 people tested, with four positive cases.
Third round: September 14-20 – 1,574 people have been tested, with three positive cases.
Fourth round: September 21-27 – 1,595 people have been tested, with 10 positive cases.
Fifth round: September 28 – October 4 – 1,587 people have been tested, with nine positive cases.
Sixth round: October 5–11 – 1,128 people have been tested, with five positive cases.
7th round: October 12-18 – 1,575 people have been tested, with eight positive cases.
Eighth round: October 19-25 – 1,609 people, with 2 positive cases, tested positive.
