Mortada Mansour, President of Zamalek Club, sent several messages through a video clip broadcast on his YouTube channel, in which he asked his club fans not to mourn after the decisions taken against him and his administration recently.
Mortada Mansour said: “I address the president of the republic with all polite and respect. I say that I received the club and its safes are only 600 pounds, in addition to the existence of a debt that reached half a billion pounds.”
The president of Zamalek added: “I paid all debts to all parties and all players. The club is currently being demolished, but not in favor of Al-Ahly club. This is happening for the benefit of internal and external parties.”
Murtada Mansour continued: “Zamalek has not won the CAF Champions League for 18 years, so is it normal for all these decisions to be issued against me and against the club and the list a week before a fateful match for the team?”
And Mortada added: “Is it required that I immigrate with all Zamalekawa from Egypt? All because there are some who are bored because I made Zamalek like the Al-Ahly club in everything?”
Mortada Mansour ended by saying, “The Zamalek club is now without a president, without a channel, and without a list, is there a club now? What happens does not satisfy the president of the republic, and it certainly does not please God.”
