Norris grumbles to Stroll: “What a damn bastard!”

The first corner and Lance Stroll, it was not a happy combination at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve. On Friday, Max Verstappen and the Racing Point driver already touched each other, on Sunday Stroll showed that he had learned little from that moment.

With an impossible action from the outside, he wanted to pass Lando Norris. The duo hit each other, resulting in a lot of damage. The race was actually over for both men from that moment on, although both continued. Norris finished outside the points, while Stroll consciously retired in the final phase.

Immediately after the crash, Norris asserted himself over the on-board radio: “What is that bastard doing! Damn! I’ve got damage, I have to go to the pits. I’ve damaged my front wing. Cunt!”

Once off, Norris was still cooking, but the Brit apologized for his language. “I have to apologize for what I said about him. I shouldn’t have used those words.”
