Bradley Beal has every reason to be angry with the media. He was banned from All-NBA recognition for the first time in his career that year, despite finishing second on the scoring charts.

The Wizards have been one of the worst injured teams in the league for the past two seasons. John Wall missed the entire 2019-20 season and much of the 2018-19 season with an Achilles tear.

Bradley Beal wants to retire with the Washington Wizards

One of the most dynamic guardians in the league today, Beal has a number of scoring opportunities to capitalize on. The 6’3 ″ Shooting Guard had to carry the offensive charge for the Wizards with John Wall out of the picture for the entire season.

While discussing the Lakers trade rumor, Beal said he wanted to stay in Washington and win there. He felt that the team and the organization had what it takes to attract stars.

The Washington Wizards have only reached the playoffs in 3 of the last 6 seasons. Once considered the greatest threat to LeBron James’ Cavs teams, they were close to the conference finale in 2017.

Believing the Clippers falsely traded Paul George last summer, many experts insist that they should have landed Beal instead.

The rumors linking Beal to the Lakers burned when it was revealed that he had recently bought a new home in Los Angeles.
