Mikel Arteta now has the perfect chance to almost lure Partey into the Premier League.
Yes it’s a game against a Pep Guardiola team and yes it’s a city team that is still high quality. But if you ever get an opening and invite you to bring a new player into the ring in a huge game, De Bruyne who is missing is that invitation.
