Arsenal and Egypt midfielder Mohamed Elneny has attracted interest from a Serie A side as his future with the Gunners remains uncertain.

Elneny had joined Arsenal in January 2016 from FC Basel and has made 90 appearances for them so far, guiding them to one FA Cup title and two Community Shields.
