She revealed that there is no feature to modify the dates of Umrah, but the beneficiaries can cancel the appointment through the “Umrahna” application four hours before the entry time for the permit and the issuance of a new permit, stressing that if the appointment is canceled after the permit time has entered, the beneficiary will not be able to book a new permit until after 10 days have passed since the previous permit, in order to restrict the recurring period allowed for the issuance of Umrah permits due to the application of precautionary measures in the Two Holy Mosques.
The “Hajj and Umrah” confirmed the incorrectness of what was circulated regarding the possibility of suspending Umrah for a number of groups due to the high incidence of the new Corona “Covid-19” in Saudi Arabia, stressing that Umrah permits will continue to be available unless an order is issued to suspend them, while the permit can be issued from the “Umrahna” application The beneficiary’s data must be up-to-date in the “Absher” system, with the condition that the status “immune” appears in the “Tawakkalna” application.
