An exciting victory for the youth over Al-Ahly

Riyadh: Al-Shabab snatched an exciting victory from its host Al-Ahly, when it beat it 4-3 Saturday at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium in Jeddah at the end of the fifteenth stage of the Saudi Football Championship.

Al-Shabab scored, Muhammad Majrashi, (Og 16), Argentine Ever Banega (18), Hattan Bahbri (71) and Nigerian Odion Ighalo (73), while Al-Ahly scored, Haitham Asiri (39), Macedonian Izgan Alyosky (44) and Abdul Rahman Gharib (52) .

Al-Shabab, the runner-up, maintained the point difference between it and the leaders Al-Ittihad, which played a lesser match, after raising its score to 31 points, while Al-Ahly fell to the twelfth place with 15 points.

The first half came quickly from both teams, but Al Shabab scored two quick goals, the first when Ighalo hit a strong ball that hit the post and hit the defender Majrashi and took its way into the goal (16).
