Every person who commits any of the following information crimes: 5- Defaming others and causing harm to them through various means of information technologies.
He explained that the harm that may be caused to the deleted member in WhatsApp is often a moral and moral damage that reduces his status or degrades his position, other than being a kind of contempt for his person, and the harm may exceed that by avoiding others or harming his reputation, especially with the number of some groups reaching dozens of members. ; For this caution is a duty and peace is good.
He pointed out that the member’s departure from the group, especially if they had added him without his permission, does not entail any immediate or even potential harm, and therefore the possibility of legal accountability is negated here because there is a legitimate justification and justification for leaving the group and the absence of the elements of tort responsibility.
