News 24 | Watch.. The first prayer in the Grand...

Sacred MosqueThe first prayer was held in the Grand Mosque at dawn today (Sunday), with full capacity and without physical distancing, following the issuance of the kind approval to ease health precautions.

The dawn prayer was performed in the Grand Mosque without the presence of barriers and posters that organized the distancing operations within its corridors and squares.

The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has prepared the Grand Mosque over the past two days to receive pilgrims, worshipers and visitors with full capacity and all precautionary measures.

The decision to ease health precautions included allowing the full capacity of the Grand Mosque to be used, while obligating workers and visitors to wear a muzzle at all times in all the corridors of the mosque, and continuing to use the “Umrah” or “Umrah” application to take the dates of Umrah and prayer to control the numbers present at the same time.
