The Council of Ministers agreed to amend the text of Paragraph (2) of Council Resolution No. (11) for the year 1433 AH related to compensating military personnel in the event of disability or infirmity.
The amendment stipulates that those identified in paragraph (1) who have been partially disabled for the reasons mentioned in that period shall be paid compensation on the basis of the percentage of the disability that they sustained, estimated on the basis of the amount of compensation specified in that paragraph.
It is noteworthy that the system provides for the payment of compensation to the officer, the individual, and the military student in the event of a partial disability due to fighting on the battlefield, or outside it due to war with the enemy, or maintaining security, or military or security operations and exercises.
