Al-Sudairy explained that the accident occurred as a result of the sudden decline of a truck loaded with sand and colliding with a parked car before it fell into the tunnel and collided with another car while passing through the tunnel, which resulted in the death of its driver, a Sudanese resident of the third decade of life.
