The invited countries and international organizations, led by the United Nations, to discuss ways to move forward in coordinating global efforts to combat the Corona pandemic, mitigate its humanitarian, social and economic impacts, and to protect the global economy and enhance international cooperation. This summit followed the Kingdom’s announcement of its donation of 500 million US dollars to cover the financing gap.
