She added that in the event that the government agency delays in implementing or responding to the emirate’s letters indicating implementation or proceeding with its procedures, the emirate writes to the Control and Anti-Corruption Authority branch in the region, pursuant to its jurisdiction, to verify whether the delay was due to a breach of the duties of the public office or others, while taking the necessary measures accordingly. As required by the general rules of responsibility, in the event it is proven that the employee has used his functional authority to suspend the implementation of the judgment, or the employee in charge of implementation deliberately refuses to implement the ruling with the importance of notifying the Emirate of what is being done, provided that it does not prevent the Supervision and Anti-Corruption Authority from carrying out its competence when reports are received from the convicted. for them.
