The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, issued a decision to establish the Tourism Media Association as a civil society based on the system of associations and civil institutions issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 8) dated Safar 19, 1437 AH, as the first private media association specialized in tourism media in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for Development, Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Majed, confirmed that the agency is working with all its capacity to issue the largest number of licenses to establish civil associations, noting that there are a number of licenses currently under procedure.
It is noteworthy that the association is under the supervision of the Ministry of Tourism and aims to educate the community about tourism facilities and maintain them and promote domestic tourism through the tourism media, and the Ministry, through approval of the establishment of the association, is looking to contribute to achieving the goals of the vision and advancing tourism in the Kingdom.
