A military projectile launched by the Houthis fell targeting a border village in Jizan yesterday, its shrapnel hit the car of a Saudi citizen, and no human injuries were recorded.
The media spokesman for the Civil Defense Directorate in Jizan Region, Colonel Muhammad Al-Ghamdi, stated that “the Civil Defense received a report about the fall of a military projectile launched by the Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi militia from inside the Yemeni territories towards one of the border villages in Al-Ardha Governorate in the Jizan region (southern Saudi Arabia), resulting in it. A citizen’s vehicle was affected by flying shrapnel, and no injuries occurred. He added, “The procedures adopted in such cases have been implemented immediately.”
