China also supports “bringing the Palestinian question back onto the right track of the two-state solution at an early date,” he said.
On Ukraine, Han said China continues to play a “constructive role in its own way” toward achieving a political settlement to the conflict.
He also called for an immediate end to the threat of force against Cuba and for the complete lifting of the blockade and sanctions against the country.
Addressing rapid technological advances, Han called for a people-centered approach to artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.
He said the international community should work to ensure the positive development of AI, narrow the digital divide and promote technological progress that delivers benefits more broadly.
