Hind Al Soulia - Riyadh - KYIV — Russia and Ukraine traded large-scale overnight strikes on Saturday, targeting industrial, port and military-linked facilities, as both sides reported casualties and damage across several regions.
In Russia, Samara Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev said Ukraine carried out a missile strike on an unspecified industrial facility, prompting authorities to deploy emergency services and assess casualties and damage.

Moscow, meanwhile, said its forces struck Ukrainian port infrastructure, including a warehouse at the port of Pivdennyi, a patrol boat and warehouse at the port of Odesa, and infrastructure at the port of Izmail. Russia claimed the targets were involved in supporting Ukraine’s armed forces.
