Hind Al Soulia - Riyadh - KYIV — A Russian overnight missile and drone attack on Kyiv killed one person and injured 16 others on Sunday, Ukrainian authorities said.

Zelenskyy said Ukrainian forces struck three oil depots and another fuel-related facility in Russia's Stavropol region, while also targeting three Russian tankers in the Black Sea.
Stavropol Governor Vladimir Vladimirov confirmed Ukrainian drone attacks caused fires at industrial facilities in two locations but reported no casualties. Russian media suggested multiple oil depots may have been hit.
Separately, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium said strikes damaged two oil tankers at its terminal near the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk, temporarily suspending oil loading operations. A fire aboard one tanker was extinguished without casualties or oil spills, and the company did not identify who carried out the attack.
Russia's Defense Ministry said its air defenses intercepted 140 Ukrainian drones overnight across eight regions, annexed Crimea, and the Black and Azov seas.
