The group reiterated that there can be "no peace without Ukraine" and that no decisions affecting European security should be made without European participation.
It also said Russian assets would remain frozen until Moscow ends its war against Ukraine and compensates Kyiv for war-related damages.
On security guarantees, the coalition welcomed what it described as U.S. President Donald Trump's "strong statement" in support of security guarantees for Ukraine during the NATO summit in Ankara.
The statement added that any lasting peace agreement must be underpinned by politically and legally binding security guarantees that would take effect once a ceasefire enters into force.
