Hind Al Soulia - Riyadh - BEIJING — A magnitude-5.2 earthquake hit southwest China’s autonomous region of Guangxi early Monday killing two people, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.

Local authorities said 13 houses had collapsed as of 4 a.m., with two people confirmed dead and one still missing.
