Hind Al Soulia - Riyadh - DAMASCUS — Major General Adnan Abboud Halwa, a key figure accused of responsibility for the 2013 Ghouta “chemical massacre” in Syria, has been arrested, Interior Minister Anas Khattab announced on Wednesday.
