While welcoming financial pledges from member states, including Egypt, the United States, and Gulf countries, he said the real challenge is converting those commitments into practical assistance on the ground.
He called for the rapid delivery of temporary housing units for displaced civilians, urgent efforts to rebuild Gaza’s health sector, and steps to return children to school after prolonged disruption.
