Hind Al Soulia - Riyadh - ISLAMABAD — Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday thanked Saudi Arabia and other allied countries for their “invaluable support” in helping secure a ceasefire between the United States and Iran.
In a post on X, Sharif expressed gratitude to Saudi Arabia, China, Türkiye, Egypt, Qatar, and other partners for backing diplomatic efforts aimed at ending the conflict.
“As we proceed to Islamabad Talks, I wish to extend our deepest and sincere gratitude to our brotherly countries… for extending invaluable and all-out support towards reaching the ceasefire and giving peaceful diplomatic efforts a chance,” he said.
