JAKARTA, April 2 — A tsunami alert following a 7.4-magnitude earthquake off Indonesia today has now been lifted, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Centre said.
“Based on all available data... the tsunami threat from this earthquake has now passed,” the agency said in a statement, just over two hours after the quake that killed at least one person. — AFP
