Six civilians were killed and seven others were injured in the attack, the report said.
In a separate incident, the Ilam governorate said a strike targeted a residential house in the city of Eyvan in western Iran, triggering a powerful explosion that destroyed the building.
Six members of one family were killed in the attack, including a 6-month-old infant.
Rescue teams were continuing debris removal operations at the site in Eyvan, the governorate added.
