BEIJING, March 2 — Six men suffered minor injuries after a suspected mechanical failure caused an explosion at a government dockyard in Hong Kong’s Stonecutters Island today, public ⁠broadcaster ⁠RTHK ⁠reported.

The explosion occurred ⁠at ⁠around 10am (0200 ⁠GMT/10am Malaysian time), RTHK said, adding that all six injured were ⁠taken to hospital and police were investigating ⁠the cause of ⁠the ⁠incident. — Reuters
