SEOUL, Dec 5 — South Korean prosecutors today banned ex-defence minister Kim Yong-hyun from leaving the country over his role in a martial law declaration that plunged the country into turmoil, Yonhap news agency said.
“The Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office has imposed a travel ban on the former minister,” Yonhap said. — AFP
