JERUSALEM, Oct 10 — Israel’s air force said today it had sent transports to Europe to fly back hundreds of Israelis there who will serve as military reservists in the Gaza war raging since the weekend.
In a social media post, the corps said its Hercules planes had taken part in the emergency airlift. It did not elaborate on where in Europe the reservists had come from. — Reuters
