Hind Al Soulia - Riyadh - KYIV — The governor of Russia's Bryansk region has alleged Ukraine used cluster munitions on a Russian village near the Ukrainian border, hitting several houses.

No casualties were reported in Klimovo, wrote Governor Alexander Bogomaz on Telegram.

Kyiv has not commented on this accusation.
