The Department of Meteorology at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expected the weather tomorrow to be partly cloudy with a slight rise in temperatures and fog on the heights, winds are active in the afternoon, and the atmosphere becomes ready for scattered rain, especially in the northern regions during the night, as snow falls at a height of 1300 meters and above. The bulletin stated the following:

– The general situation: The eastern basin of the Mediterranean is still under the control of an air depression accompanied by cold air masses, which leads to rainy weather until this afternoon, when the weather gradually recedes and stabilizes, then fluctuates locally as of Sunday night. The average temperature on the coast for the month of February is between 11 and 19 degrees Celsius.)

– Expected weather in Lebanon:
Saturday: Cloudy to partly cloudy without a slight change in temperature and fog on the heights. Scattered rain falls during the morning period, and it is expected to intensify at times, especially in the south, with lightning and thunder. Snow falls at a height of 1,000 meters and above, the rain recedes from noon and the weather gradually stabilizes. We warn of snow formation during the night on mountain and inland roads, starting from 1100 meters.
Sunday: Partly cloudy with a slight rise in temperatures and fog on the heights. Winds are active in the afternoon, and the atmosphere becomes ripe for scattered rain, especially in the northern regions during the night, as snow falls at a height of 1300 meters and above.
Monday: Partly cloudy with an additional rise in temperatures and active winds. Scattered rain falls, especially in the northern regions, in the morning with snow at a height of 1500 meters and above. The weather will gradually stabilize as of the afternoon. Tuesday: partly cloudy to partly cloudy with an additional and slight rise in temperatures.

Expected temperatures: on the coast from 7 to 14 degrees, over the mountains from 3 to 7 degrees, inland from 3 to 6 degrees.
