Dr. Manar Ghanem, a member of the Meteorological Authority’s media center, revealed details of the weather and expected weather phenomena on Friday and Saturday.
Manar told Masrawy that the country is witnessing a relative improvement in weather conditions, and a gradual decrease in temperatures tomorrow, Friday, so that cold weather will prevail during the day on Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts and northern Upper Egypt, tending to cold on southern Upper Egypt, moderate on southern Sinai and very cold at night on all around.
She explained that the air mass coming from southern Europe is still impressive and very cold, working to sense the drop in temperatures that the country has been witnessing for 13 days.
She pointed out that the weather on Saturday will be cold during the day and very cold during the night hours, with water mist on some roads leading to and from Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the cities of Al-Fata, Central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt.
