The NYPD also says the woman approached a group of children, one of whom was 8 years old, and made anti-Jewish comments.
A source added that she pointed to Hitler and told the children she knew where they lived, before spitting on them and walking away.
The children were not physically harmed, but this is another hate incident in New York City, as such incidents have been on the rise during the pandemic.
