The late Egyptian artist Maha Abu Auf revealed, in a previous television interview with the artist, Esaad Younes, on the “Sahebat Al-Saada” program, the mystery of the murder of her late husband, Omar Khurshid.

Maha Abu Auf confirmed that her husband, Omar Khorshid, was murdered, not because of a car accident, “according to Sada Al-Balad.

She explained: “At that time, they found a 30-centimeter cut in his neck, to confirm that the incident of his death contained a mystery, such as the killing of Cinderella Soad Hosni.”

Maha added: “Her marriage to Omar Khurshid happened suddenly,” noting that she experienced a great shock at the time of his departure, and she remained in complete isolation for 3 years after his death.

And she continued, saying that her brother, the late artist Izzat Abu Auf, was the one who got her out of this isolation, when he took her on a tour with their “4m” band in Tunisia and a number of Arab countries, to get out of this bad psychological state.

The artist Maha Abu Auf stated that although she did not think about inheritance after the death of her husband, the artist Omar Khurshid, she found herself by a court ruling that she obtained part of his property by declaring the inheritance as his last wife, while she denied entering into any judicial struggles for Get 20 million pounds from his inheritance.

Maha Abu Auf also made it clear that she did not obtain a divorce from the late Omar Khurshid prior to his death, but he intended to separate from her before death took him away.
