More than 8.3 million passengers have benefited from the ease of tracking their travel within the network of Emirates Airlines and flydubai, since the two carriers, operating from Dubai, began their partnership in October 2017.
A statement issued yesterday stated that over the past four years, more than 8.4 million members of the Emirates Skywards program have earned 133 billion Skywards miles through the partnership between the two airlines, as the program provides exclusive benefits to 27 million members.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group and Chairman of flydubai, said: “The strategic partnership between Emirates Airlines and flydubai continues to achieve great success.”
His Highness added, “The integrated network for our customers provides a better travel experience, more options and greater flexibility, while increasing the flow of visitors through our modern global center, and we are pleased, in conjunction with the huge global event (Expo 2020), to play a vital role in welcoming more than 25 million visitors in Dubai”.
The Emirates Airlines and flydubai network provide customers with easy travel to and from more than 210 destinations in 100 countries. Emirates customers can reach 118 destinations served by flydubai, while flydubai customers can reach 126 cities on the Emirates network.
