Russias three-time archery-biathlon champion Maria Korneeva is accused of killing 15-year-old Denis Kuznetsov as part of a mysterious ritual.
Denis disappeared on the eighth of this October, on the outskirts of the city of Ryazan, which is about 200 kilometers from the capital, Moscow, and three days later, his body was found in a well in a nearby village.
The teenager’s body had stab wounds with a five-pointed star on his back.
Traces of the victim’s blood were found in his stepfather’s car.
52-year-old Vladislav Tseikonov blamed his girlfriend Korneeva during his interrogation, claiming that she accidentally killed the teenager during a mysterious ritual.
