Al-Qadeel was born in El-Obeid in North Kordofan state, western Sudan, in 1961. Al-Qadeel received his initial education in the states of North and South Kordofan in the cities of El-Obeid and Dilling, then joined the Teachers Training Institute in El Fasher, North Darfur.
A number of artists, including Essam Mohamed Nour, sang the song “Zaman Al-Faqqa” (“Zaman Al-Faqqa”).
The late musician Youssef Al-Qadeel formed a successful duet with the late artist Mahmoud Abdel-Aziz, as he composed a group of his most famous songs, since the nineties of the last century, and among the most famous songs that Al-Qadeel put together are: “Seeb Inadak”, “Ma Chile Hom”, “Nour El-Ayoun”. , “The fatigue of leadership” and others.
