Articles of the draft Personal Status Law

The second part of it focused on discussing guardianship over money، It came through four chapters as follows: 1. The chapter on guardianship. 2. Guardianship section. 3. The door of stone and legal aid 4. The door of the occult.

Finally, the third and final sections included penalties.

The most important goals of the project

It is worth noting that these amendments were made by the Egyptian government to the draft Personal Status Law and submitted to the People’s Assembly، Mainly aims to: Improve the condition of Egyptian families، And the regulation of civil status for Egyptian citizens، As well as trying to codify many of the legal rulings without adhering to a specific doctrine، As well as compiling many and many scattered laws into one law، And keeping up with the great social developments that the Egyptian society has witnessed in the past years as well.
