Moto Guzzi V7 2021 V7 with 850 cubic engine

An era comes to an end – but that doesn’t have to make us sad. Because after many years and generations of the V7, the venerable manufacturer from Mandello del Lario presents a new V7 that opens a new chapter in the history of the incomparably elegant naked bike, more than 50 years after its birth. The new V7 no longer has a Roman number as a suffix to mark the model generation.

Two versions of the new Moto Guzzi V7 2021 are available:

The V7 Stone comes in the usual minimalist, more modern style, while the Special is the classic and elegant beauty in the very best tradition of the hundred-year-old brand. Both are powered by the 850 engine that debuted in the V85 TT. In the V7 it is more powerful with a peak output of 65 hp at 6800 tours, which corresponds to an increase of 25 percent compared to the TT.

The maximum torque is at 73 Newton meters for 5000 tours, 80 percent of which should be available from 3000 tours. In order to match this performance, the chassis and equipment were also raised to a higher level. The cardan shaft and frame have been reinforced, the rear tire enlarged and more robust Kayaba spring elements installed. Externally, the side panels were redesigned and the rear fender was shortened.

The Moto Guzzi V7 Stone has the new full LED light system with daytime running lights in the shape of the Moto Guzzi eagle. The speedometer is a digital unit housed in a round housing. The aluminum rims have also been redesigned. A 150 / 70-17 tire is now turning in the rear.

Die V7 Special carries two analog round instruments above the headlight and, with its stylish cross-spoke rims, looks significantly more sophisticated than the Stone. Both models will also be available in an A2-compatible version. Standard traction control not only helps when entering into motorcycle life in tricky situations.

Die Farbvarianten der V7 Stone im O-Ton: Rough Black, Ice Blue and Copper Orange.
The V7 Special will be available in Blu Formale and Grigio Casual.
