Professor Haim Eshed, 87, says the aliens have made an agreement with the United States to remain silent while they conduct experiments on Earth and will not reveal themselves until humanity is ready.
The retired general, who led Israel’s space program for nearly 30 years, claims the aliens have a secret base on Mars, the Jewish press reports.
But according to the professor, the alien race had to intervene to prevent Donald Trump from blowing up their cover and revealing their secrets.

Speaking to Israeli newspaper Yedioth Aharonoth, Professor Eshed said: “The aliens have asked not to announce their presence here. Humanity is not yet ready. ”

According to Professor Eshed, Mr.Trump aussinegotiates with senior aliens via appeals to world leaders such as Kim Jong-un.
He added: “Trump was about to reveal, but the aliens in the Galactic Federation are saying ‘wait, first let people calm down,'” he told the Israeli newspaper.

The term “Galactic Federation” has been used in works of science fiction, including the TV phenomenon Doctor Who.
Professor Eshed has not said how long the aliens have been hiding in the shadows, but says they signed a contract with the United States “to do experiments here.”
He said extraterrestrials will not reveal themselves until humanity has evolved and reached a stage where we “generally understand what space and spaceships are.”

Professor Eshed holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, a master’s degree in performance research and a doctorate in aeronautical engineering.
The respected scholar suggests that part of the alleged contact took place under Trump’s leadership and referred to an agreement between the US government and the alien race.
He claims that the aliens, who come in peace, wanted to study “the fabric of the universe” by working with American agents.
Despite facing bewildered responses, he says he now has “nothing to lose” by releasing this information after his numerous degrees and awards.
Prof Eshed added: ” If I had found what I am saying today five years ago, I would have been hospitalized.
“Everywhere I’ve been with that in academia, they’ve said ‘man lost his mind’.
“Today, they already speak differently. I have nothing to lose.
