Carone asserts that on Election Day he worked a 24-hour shift at the Detroit vote count, providing computer support to Dominion machines at the TCF Center where the vote counting took place.
In an affidavit filed Nov. 10, the contractor claimed to have seen that some ballots had been scanned multiple times and suggested that the trucks intended to bring food to the poll workers were actually hiding tens of thousands of ballots.
His affidavit was included in a lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign that sought to challenge the results in Wayne County.
That county judge, Timothy Kenny, denied the petition on Nov. 13, saying the “interpretation of events by Carone and other witnesses is incorrect and not credible.”
A bipartisan committee certified Joe Biden’s victory over Trump in the state on November 23 by more than 155,000 votes.
Facing the Republicans
Still this Wednesday, along with Giuliani, Carone appeared before a panel of the Michigan House of Representatives and insisted on vague accusations of vote counting and manipulation of results, again without showing a single piece of evidence.
Carone was questioned by Steve Johnson, a Republican representative from Michigan, as she tried to get to the bottom of her allegations of voter fraud.
“Everything that happened at the TCF Center was fraud,” Carone stated. “Every thing”, and in a haughty attitude he dedicated himself to quarreling with Johnson, who was trying to explain how the process works.
Carone constantly interrupted, raised his voice and did not stop speaking, as seen in a video that captured the moment and has already been reproduced more than nine million times. At one point, Giuliani himself, next to him, approaches him to pat him as a signal to stop talking.

“What did they do, take it and make it crazy?” Carone replied to add that there were “zero registered voters” in the Wayne County book and that 100,000 fraudulent votes had been cast.
And he insisted: “Dead people voted and the illegals voted,” he always insisted on presenting any evidence to support his accusations.
Another representative present on the panel suggested that he should be “under oath” during his presentation. Then Carone said: “I am a mother, I have two children, I have two degrees … I don’t know any woman in the world who would write an affidavit just for writing it. You can go to jail for this.”
