The white knight lost the African Champions League title on Friday evening, to Al-Ahly, to crown the red in the ninth championship in its history, after beating Zamalek with two goals to one.
A group of social media activists shared a video of some Al-Ahly fans mocking Shikabala in an unacceptable and abusive manner.
Shikabala responded to his abusers by posting a picture on his official account on the social networking site “Instagram” raising the shoes in the face of Al-Ahmar fans from a match several years ago when he was previously insulted and bullied inside the stadium by some.
Al-Ahly’s goals were scored by Amr Al-Sulaia and Mohamed Magdy Afsha, while Zamalek’s only goal was scored by Mahmoud Abdel-Razek Shikabala.
