- Private gatherings – up to 10 visitors can attend a household; and
- Public Gatherings – Up to 50 people from any number of households can gather outdoors, excluding infants under 12 months of age.

- Cinemas and theaters are open with a maximum limit of 100 people, groups of 20 people and a density of one person per 4 square meters.
- Slot machines – 100 people, density of one person per 4 square meters;
- Casino – protective cap to be determined, density of one person per 4 square meters;
- Strip clubs – can be opened with a maximum of 100 people, groups with 10 seats; and
- Brothels – may be opened with a limit of 10 people.
Fitness and sport
From 11:59 p.m. on Sunday 8 November
- Gyms, fitness studios for a maximum of 20 people per venue (one person per 8 square meters, 10 per room). Patrons continue to wear face masks unless they are out of breath. Staggered lesson times and time differences of 15 minutes to avoid gatherings and cross group boundaries;
- Indoor pools up to 20 people or one per four square meters;
- Indoor trampoline centers for children under 18. Same density requirements as in fitness studios; and
- Contactless indoor community sports for 18 years and younger. 20 people maximum. Sports with a distance of 1.5 m. Viewers restricted to one parent or legal guardian.
From 11:59 p.m., November 22:
- Gyms – maximum 100 people, groups of 20 people;
- Indoor sports – maximum 100 people, groups of 20 people;
- Large sports facilities – maximum 25 percent of capacity;
- Outdoor physical recreation – maximum 500 people, groups of 50 people;
- Indoor pools – maximum 50 people;
- Outdoor pools – no cap, but density of one person per 4 m²;
- Indoor skate parks – maximum 50 people; and
- Trampoline centers – maximum 50 people, groups of 20 people.

- Upper limit of 10 people from any number of families.
Fellowship and worship

- Funerals for up to 100 people or 10 people allowed in a private household; and
- Open with a limit of up to 100 people in groups of 20 people.
Healthcare

- Visits to care facilities – one household per day for two hours;
- Hairdressers are allowed to visit care facilities; and
- Hospital visits – one household a day for two hours.

- Visits – 5 people from 2 households, no time limit, children and excursions allowed;

- Masks can be removed for facials, face waxing, beard trimming, and piercings
