Reinsalu met with Logar on Tuesday before the Slovenian Presidency of the European Union in the second half of 2021 and was informed of the positive test on Friday.

A credible EU enlargement policy based on core values and strict but fair criteria – including a clear European perspective for the Western Balkans – is the most important instrument for unity in the region. ”
Reinsalu also stressed the need to standardize EU states’ awareness of cyber attacks and their ability to respond to these attacks.
“I welcome Slovenia’s interest in Estonia’s knowledge of cybersecurity. I have invited Slovenian experts to participate in the annual conference of the network of cyber experts of the European Union and expressed the hope that cybersecurity measures will develop further during the Slovenian presidency. ”
He also welcomed Slovenia’s decision to join the Three Seas Investment Fund.
The issues addressed by the ministers included the situation in Belarus and the European Union’s relations with Russia. They also pointed to the overlapping positions of Estonia and Slovenia not to support mandatory immigration quotas.
