A Texas father was arrested for murdering his wife after shooting her and then posting a terrifying video on YouTube apologizing to his children for what he had done.
48-year-old Trent Paschal was accused of murdering his wife Savannah, 30, in Houston on Wednesday night.
The man who last worked for a shipping company in Texas reportedly shot her after she arrived at her home and then escaped from the scene.
Before the police caught up with him, he recorded a 4-minute video apologizing to his children for what he had done, but also complaining that his hair was a “mess” and asked, “Why I?”

In the video, he said he heard calls between his wife and another man talking about sex.
He said he warned her not to grapple with his feelings, but admitted that he always feared that she would be unfaithful because of her 18-year age difference.
“I’m picking this up because I want my daughter to know that I love you. I am so sorry for doing this. I want you to know that you mean everything to me.
“I didn’t choose that. Your mother chose that. She cheated on me for a long time.
“I have audio of her talking to other people. I haven’t done anything to her, ”he said.
He alleged that Savannah spoke to a man the day before she was murdered and told him she had dreamed about them having sex.
In his video, Trent said he “knew” that she was too young for him and always feared he would be betrayed.
In the video, Trent told his children that it was their mother’s decision to die. He also complained that his hair was a “mess”.
