The Al Samha National Project, which includes 250 residential villas for citizens at a cost of 674 million dirhams, extends over an area of more than 520,000 square meters, and is being implemented by the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada), with an urban character that reflects the identity and heritage of the Emiratis.
