Annaliesse is the little girl who tragically committed suicide shortly after her suspected sexual abuser was released on bail.
Her ruined mother gave 7NEWS permission to show and name her daughter, and the courts have allowed it.
Police admitted Wednesday that it was a mistake to release the 66-year-old man who is accused of raping the young girl over a six-year period.
His victim was allegedly first raped when she was only five years old.
She was transferred to Perth Children’s Hospital from regional WA on Monday after attempting suicide.
She died Tuesday, leaving a family broken and devastated.
“Ripped out my heart”
“Tore my heart out,” said the girl’s mother to 7NEWS.
“I can’t bring my girl back.”
She described her daughter as “bubbly, sociable, loud, TikTok crazy”.
“She was just beautiful. She drew people to her, ”said her mother.
Annaliesse’s alleged perpetrator was a person the family knew, police said.
After he was charged, the police released him on bail.
Annaliesse’s mother says her little girl was scared and ashamed.
“He walked free while my girl sat back the whole time worried about whether he would come and get her,” she said.
WA Regional Police Deputy Commissioner Jo McCabe said an early assessment of the case indicated the bail should have been denied.
“The tragic death of an 11-year-old girl rests heavily on the shoulders of officers, as mothers, as fathers,” she said.
More than 100 people gathered at Perth Children’s Hospital on Tuesday, some asleep in their cars.

They were there to show their love for the little girl before the heartbreaking decision was made to turn off her life support.
Her alleged perpetrator remains out of prison on Wednesday evening.
Police said they would continue their case against the man.
Annaliesse’s family said they hope their tragedy will lead to stricter bail restrictions on accused child molesters.
They told 7NEWS they wanted their legacy to be greater than the joy it brought them.
