A Danish study found that out of 7,422 people who tested positive for “Covid-19” caused by the emerging corona virus, only 38.4% of them were from blood type “O”, although out of a group of 2.2 million people who were not tested, the blood type formed 41.7% of the population.
In contrast, 44.4% of type A people tested positive, while among the general Danish population, blood type 42.4%.
In another study, researchers in Canada found that among 95 patients with critical symptoms of “Covid-19” disease, a higher percentage of blood type “A” or “AB” (84%) required ventilators, compared to patients from the two group. “O” or “B” (61% only).
The Canadian study also found that those with blood type “A” or “AB” spent a longer period in the ICU after contracting the disease, an average of 13.5 days, compared to those with blood type “O” or “B”, who had an average of 9. days.
