Dr. Dre’s estranged wife wants to know if the music mogul had children with women outside of their 24-year marriage, new court documents claim.

Nicole, 50, wants the hip-hop legend to turn over thousands of pages of his financial and personal records to track her part of Dre’s estimated $ 1 billion net worth in her divorce.

According to new legal documents filed with the Los Angeles Supreme Court and uncovered by DailyMail.com, these records include a request for documents related to paternity lawsuits Dre, 55, may have been involved in during their marriage.

This comes just days after Nicole urged a judge to force three of her future ex-husband’s alleged lovers to testify in their messy divorce.

According to the new filing, Nicole’s legal team is looking for any documents showing that any monies paid to the guardian and / or fees and costs paid to legal advisors and / or experts in connection with paternity suits are independent whether it was a formal lawsuit, whether it was or is ever pending in a court in Los Angeles or anywhere else in the world. ‚

Nicole also wants Dre – real name Andre Young – to hand over any journals or journals he may have kept and records of money or gifts worth $ 500 or more given to “third parties.”

The rapper’s lawyers strongly oppose Nicole’s claims, arguing that disclosure of paternity suits or other personal information “would violate Young’s right to privacy and the right to privacy of others.”

In 2013, reports surfaced that Dre cheated on Nicole with Kili Anderson, a one-off model who is now a co-owner of a natural skin care brand called Skin and Senses. Dre vehemently denied the claim.

In Dre’s new court documents this week, attorney Laura Wasser accused Nicole of “abusing” the discovery process. Her demands for 12 years of financial and personal papers from Dre are a complete waste of time, money and resources … and nothing but a blatant attempt to molest Andre. ‚

Dre seeks a protection order from the LA Supreme Court restricting the documents he must give Nicole, and he’s refused to divulge his most private information until his estranged wife signs a confidentiality agreement hiding his personal secrets from the world .

But Nicole refused to sign and asked Wasser to add: “Providing confidential information without the protection of a confidentiality agreement is a gross violation of Andre’s constitutional right to privacy.”

Nicole’s attorneys claim Dre refused when he was offered a compromise and only presented five years of his financial records instead of twelve.

“His failure to produce documents for even five years is inexcusable,” said lawyer Samantha Spector. ‘Andre is not interested in resolving this dispute. His only interest is stonewalling Nicole.

But Dre’s attorney, Wasser, countered, calling Nicole’s testimony “just not true” and saying Dre provided Nicole with a copy of the PMA that was “signed by both parties and a notary.”

The Dre divorce has become more and more contentious since Nicole at the end of June this year.

In September, the rapper accused his wife of criminal behavior of “embezzling” more than $ 350,000 from one of her bank accounts.
